Team CROMA is pleased to invite you to the General Body Meeting of Crossings Republik Flats Owners Association (Regd.) (CROMA) to discuss the following agenda items.

 

1.     Presentation of the Financial Status of CROMA

2.     Action Taken Report/Proposal on Dumping Ground Litigation

3.     Action Taken Report/Proposal on other Infrastructure Issues in Crossings Republik

4.     Presentation of the process of regular communication/updates to the resident by IT & Communication Committee

5.     Initiating the process of electing a new CROMA Governing body/Office Bearers

6.     Any other point with permission of the Chair

 

 

Note:

 

1.     In case sufficient quorum is not available at the scheduled time, the proceedings of the GBM will be adjourned for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the meeting will begin and the stated agenda items will be discussed upon as planned.

2.     Only valid members of CROMA can take part in the election process. Aspects like validation of voter list, addition of members etc will be taken up with the initiation of the election process.
