Hi All,

My flat is available for rent. It is semi furnished. All the wooden work isdone in kitchen and bedrooms. 4 balconies. One double bed, dining table, washing machine are also available in the flat. If anyone interested please call me at the mentioned number. I am asking rent Rs. 11000/- with all the mentioned items and Rs 10000/- without the items.

[AssotechNest] Maintenance Charges Reminder 2

 

 Dear Sir,

 

This is second reminder to you for clarifying the charges deducted from my electricity meter on acount of maintenance charges and advance maintenance charges deposited by me. After this reminder I am free to exercies next level of actions.

 

I have deposited one year advance maintenance charges at the time of possession. The total amount as per the receipt is ₹24135/- which is one year charges at the rate of ₹ 1.25/- per sqft. Amount shown as balance in the month of Sept13 is ₹14157.80. Which is not matching even after considering the 3 months deposit kept by you.

 

Please give me the details of the maintenance charges deducted till now. Because I am not able to corelate the amount from the electricity bills that you have send, .

 

This is difficult to understand that if your accounts are clear than what is the problem in sharing it.

Please give me the details of the maintenance charges deducted till now.

Assotech is too much into debt. thus the poor lad need money from investors by any mean.

I know around 100 investors who bought buy back scheme with them in their project in sector 78 & are now in mood to give them their money. clients are stuck.

Investors need to drag them to court. Its high time for builders to do whatever they want.
