[ggvcnh24] Nearest hospital / medical facility from GGV-CR

 

what are nearby hospitals  for  GGV - CR, how long it takes to reach the nearest hospital in peak traffic condition.

With small kid and elder people at home, this facility is the one we need before anything else.

As per my info from other society AOA's

 

All of them have applied without any changes in the Model by laws.

 

However they have taken care to  ask one nomination from the builder ,  as there are number of unsold flats and the share of that maintenance has to come from him.

If no nomination was done within 30 days a letter of nominating the MD was send with a notice of 15 more days to accept,

Provisional completion letter from GDA requested and applied for registration.

 

No society registered so far in GH6 . So we must take care of our requirements  and I wish we are the first ones to be registered......

Hi All,

The primary document for registration is completion certificate from competent authority. In adsence of this document a declaration is sought from builder specifying deemed completion of the project. We all are aware of the situation in Crossings and are sure due to numerous irregularities and other issues GDA cannot issue completion certificate to most of the societies in GH6. 

Hence for registration a provisional certificate would be sought from the builder in absence of actual completion certificate.

The possible implication of this could be, at later date the builder would try and push maintenance of incomplete & faulty common facilities of the project onto the hands of Registered AOA. 

Here, chances of not accepting the action will be tough to justify as per the process we had agreed to accept the provisional certificate issued by the builder - certifying all common facilities are complete. Not sure how would the court would look at this if we decide to take a recourse against the builder at a later date. 

Hence, would request the team to review this decision and sit together with the residents to decide the course of action on this regard.

It should by amend in the bylaws of society.

Unfortunately lift is one the major issue in our society also.

I suggest if you amend the by laws and cover lift related issues in that than we can also ask the builder to provide permanent solutions not just the lift service.

 

Lift is the life line of high rise building..... So please don't ignore, in the hurry of registration.
