Dear Friends,
This is to update u all meeting was organized by Croma at Crossing Republik Police Chowki to discuss and brainstorm on improving safety & security at crossings Republik on 24th Feb-2017 & minimize incidents like theft, Chain snatching etc. This was third follow up meeting after SSP visit @ crossings.
Members present:
Police, SHO: Sh Neeraj, Crossing Chowki Incharge: Sh. Prajant Ji.
CIPL, COO: Sh. Mukesh Tomar Ji, Security Head: Sh. Siddhique Ji, GM City: Sh. Sudesh Koul Ji.
Team Croma, Residents, AOA/RWA's, Mahila Morcha and Crossings BJP Mandal
List of Major issues reported:
1. CCTV Camera Not working
2. Boom Barriers not available at Entry / Exit of township
3. Nuisance by drinkers & others @ many places like round about , JMart etc
4. Wrong Parking of Vehicles leading to traffic jams mainly at Round about
5. Wine shops
6. Quality of Security Guards in Township
7. Lack of coordination between Police & security Guards
8. No communication mechanism between security guards in case of mishappening
Update from CIPL COO Sh. Mukesh Ji for Security improvement:
1. Three level of security will ensured which include Cameras, Barriers & Guards.
2. Existing Camera will be replaced with mix of Night Vision: IP& Analog Cameras & it will ensured all cameras are in working condition and will be monitored at CIPL control room. Cameras will be connected via fiber to the CIPL control Room. Cameras will cover all entry and exit points of township :
a. 45Metre road
b. Green Belt both side
c. Prateek & Assotech Entry
d. Entry from Skytech, Gas agency
e. Entry from Shahberi
f. Entry from RashipalGarhi , near saphire School
g. Gate -2 GH7
h. GH7 & Cosmos
i. Galleria plaza , both market
j. Panchsheel Cut ( PTZ)
k. Lake Arcade
l. Round About : 4 cameras (PTZ)
m. Dundahera entry/Exit
n. Mother Diary near Mahagun
o. After Police Chowki
p. Saviour
With these cameras majority of portion will be covered and its expected to be completed latest by 31st March 2017
3. Boom Barriers at Entry & Exit of township: barriers will placed at most of Entry Exit points of township and guard will posted at these point.
a. Rashipalgarhi Near Sapphire school
b. Entry from Shahberi to Crossings
c. Entry from Skytech , Gas Agency
d. Entry gate from Assotech & Prateek : Gates are already placed
e. After Police Chowki towards village.
f. Glass Gate
Boom barriers work is in progress and it's expected to be completed latest by March end
4. Quality guards will be deployed by CIPL & it will be ensured none of guard is greater than 40yrs age from first week of March.
5. One Walky Talky will be issued by CIPL Security to Police for better coordination between Guards and police
6. Pillars will be placed by CIPL on round about so that nobody can park cars & is expected to be completed by March end
7. SHO requested CIPL to follow with competent authority like GDA to remove illegal constructions in the township
8. Lightning near round about & some more places to be reviewed and action to be taken for adding new lights.
9. CIPL requested to that all societies should ensure cameras deployed @ Gates should be working and able to capture outside gate view.
Updates from Police:
1. Dedicated PCR for crossings will be continued and Contact Number for PCR VAN is : 9643208928
2. Police staff will keep one Walky talky issued by CIPL for better coordination between Guards and Police staff.
3. Police/PCR will reach with in max 5 mins for any support required by Guards as and when required
4. Challan to be done by police for cars which is parked wrongly @ round about
5. Dedicated PCR Number will be shared with all
6. Police team will support Guards as and when required.
7. Over speeding Bikes & in case any other type of nuisance being created by anyone , Guard has to Vehicle and inform Police PCR , Vehicle will be seized by SSI.
8. One guard may sit in PCR Van for better coordination between Police & Guards
9. PSO forms can be issued and interested persons can fill and apply for PSO
10. SHO will send Letter to SHO to DM with request not to renew license for wine/Whisky shops near round about and Panchsheel market
11. No drinking will be allowed at round about & open areas.
Another review meeting will be planned after one month and we are hopeful that will have better security & safe environment within township.
Team Croma will work continuously for better life @ crossings and stay tuned for more updates.
