[ParamountGroup] MOM of open Meeting held on 25th Feb. 2012

 

Dear All,
 
Below are points discussed in meeting held on Saturday.
 
Issues faced by current Resident:
1.       Plaster quality is very poor.
2.       Lift is in horrible condition. Face by MAPS member when they are visiting the site.
3.       Sweapge problem is general and faced by all allotee.
4.       Intercom facility & WiFi is not installed.
5.       Letter Box should be provided to each flat.
 
 
General Issues discussed:
1.       Car Parking and club charges are included in registry but they are not part of registry (clearly mention in the sale deed)
2.       Size of parking is not given by builder in the agreement.
3.       Fire fighting and building safety norms NOC should be given by builder to all allote before going to registry.
4.       Exit entry issue for pedestrian path (hurdle by commercial)
5.       Amenities promised by builder and extra feature provided by builder
6.       Status of common amenities/facility which is promised by Paramount in CR i.e. Road, golf coarse/River, football ground, cricket Ground, Hospital, post office and School etc. weather PS management give us answer fixed our meeting with board of Director of CR.
 
Orchid Tower Status:
 
1.       Confirmed/tentative date of possession for Orchid which is presently already delayed by 8 months should be raised in next meeting with PS management.
2.       Late payment should be given for Orchid allotee.
