[ParamountGroup] Registration procedure

 

Did any body registered flat on his own, without going with Paramount Lawyer.
I am looking for registration of my apartment on my own.

Can someone let me know the registrar name who sits in the Ghaziabad
office, and the location details.

Yes,I agree with you on the rents. I struggled to give my flat on rent initially, around 3-4 months back as I was a bit adamant to give my 3 BHK(1725 sqft) flat for 8000/-.
 
Finally I got it rented for Rs 10000/- (It is semi-furnished with woodwork in Kitchen and NO woodwork in rooms). I think giving the AD on magicbricks,99acres worked!.
 
Also, recently the rents have increased due to the rise in occupancy and also some of the ppl in Crossing infra have completed 11months and the lease is being renewed with 10% increase in rents.

As per my experience, below are the ball park figures for rent in CR (I have seen the final deals at this price).

Depends on how much the house is furnished and society maintenance charges.
There is lot of avl. of good apts in CR, but I think its a decent start and rents will keep increasing as more and more people come to stay here.

A. 2 BHK ----------> 7 to 9 K + Maintenance
B. 3 BHK  ----------> 8 to 11 K  + Maintenance
C. 3 BHK + S ----------> 9 to 11.5 K  + Maintenance
