Dear Mr. Sunil & Mr. Naval Tripathi

This is to clarify that by sending an email with attached Article, my intent was only make the residents aware to have an answer on a simple query that I raised that "what was the need to brand the ASSOTECH , what  triggered you to such a conclusion to not only brand the ASSOTECH as well as further brand the brand Ambassador of ASSOTECH & to Price Tag 3 BHK @ The Nest for Rs. 75 Lacs". However by replying you took such a defensive, diplomatic and political approach which clearly proves your good and healthy companionship with MD-ASSOTECH alongwith other NRWA team who is using NRWA as Marketing & Promotion team for ASSOTECH-The Nest rather doing any welfare work for the residents. You yesterday evening over the phone call, was talking a different tone and outcome in this reply mail is nothing but to protect the shortcomings and defaults of ASSOTECH, as if ASSOTECH is your as well as NRWA mother concern.

I am taking an opportunity to put perspective on something, i.e. NRWA is not doing anything for the residents – rather pushing its own agenda and driving personal missions. For example, camps in the society by calling car dealers etc– on the face benefit of the society but financial gains of the NRWA.

You are claiming that NRWA is fighting for the cause of the residents. Then where's the outcome – and what is NRWA doing to arrest the situation. If the concerns are so surmounting then why does the NRWA doesn't come forward to file a complaint with the GDA and other authorities to seek support and get the builder to deliver on the promises being made. At this stage when NRWA is complete failure what was the need to Price Tag 3 Bed Room Flat for Rs 75 Lacs that too in the year 2007 when everyone bought the Flat in the range of 30-40 Lacs. Even if  presumes that by clerical error year 2007 was mentioned , even then as on today in 2013 you are claiming and branding the tag of Rs. 75 Lacs for 3BHK Flat for nothing but for ASSOTECH's personal gains. It clearly proves that the byte given by you in HT state was nothing but to create hype for the sale of pending inventory of "The Nest" for the reasons best known to you and your fellow colleague Mr. Tripathi.

Is this because NRWA doesn't have the will to do anything is wasting time? Or because you don't have an authority to do anything! Also you mentioned that 22 members are running NRWA. Can you please clarify whether these 22 members were selected by some audition process of political skills or by Election process of RWA as U.P. Apartment Act.  Everyone is well aware that this not an Elected body and which can't be created till such time there's completion certificates given to any society by the concerned government authority to the respective builder.

I completely agree that the current NRWA didn't have any part in my decision of purchase in this society. But I don't think that is true for all – as your star salesman – Mr. Naval Tripathi would be the right person to answer how many Flats he sold on behalf of ASSOTECH and how many are in process. I too have seen the photograph of him receiving the Gold Chain alongwith his wife from Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava under the programme called ASSORT – a sale initiative by ASSOTECH. Copy of Pictures attached herewith.

It's very funny to see the people are claiming to be most proactive for welfare activities are the ones who are leading a charade against the builder in the name of NRWA. Kudos to all of you as because of your gimmicks people who have taken their possessions 2 years back, have no right available going forward with any courts for resolution. And similar, who are still ignorant – they too would lose for their properties. Unlike others, I have been more proactive – and have taken all the steps to ensure my interests are protected.

Now coming back to the reason behind the quote, do you still think it was a wise decision to pick this property @ 75 lacs in 2007. Be honest if not to anyone else but to yourself. Or you too echo the sentiments of Mr. Naval Tripathi, your fellow NRWA member and the most proactive welfare personality of The Nest. If you have bought the Flat for Rs. 75 Lacs in the year 2007,  I believe that must have been reflected in your Income Tax return which can be called for verification at appropriate stage  at appropriate time.

Now the entire group is waiting for your answer. I am sure at least this is one thing which I am sure you would come out to answer.

PS – Are you opening up the darbar again – which was started in a flush last year and died out even more suddenly without informing anyone. So, what all we looking at covering this time round? Or again is it the old wine in old bottle. Also please do share the list of these Special 22 – I & all the people would love to know them better.

Dear Sir,

The only concern i have is that, if you had given a chance to publish an article in HT estate, probably you could have write about the present conditions(as the article is published recently and not at the time your purchase) and expose the builder for his fake promises on such a big platform(HT Estate).

If we could have done this then probably we could have achieved more in terms of overall society progress, but it seems that we missed this golden opportunity for the reason unknown.

>Dear Mr Kshitij,

Thanks for your email, and information that you
have read an article in HT dated 9th Nov 2013. I also appreciate the concern
shown for the cause directly related to problems of other co-residents as well,
and some reaction from you after a long pause.

I tried to reach you on phone, and as discussed.

Your confusion may be right as you are not able to
follow many open meetings called between residents and builder and or regular
weekly meeting with the Estate Manger every week, where things are updated and
discussed on regular basis in an open forum.

Now I am surprised to see your concern of fighting along
with other residents for pending issues, separately whereas NRWA is doing this
already, and I have been supporting it with full of my capacity. Opening another
platform individually not only weakens the stand of residents but also poses you
at different front, which may not be as effective at it may appear. I request
you to share your personal experience with the builder and your struggle for
getting things resolved and your effective success so that all may be benefited.

As you may already be aware that, NRWA is working
as a team of 22 representatives and no single individual is a leader or
decision making body, however all individuals have their own rights to express
their opinion. The meetings with the top management of Assotech were always
done with a team of residents.  Unlike
many people leaving the NRWA instead of fighting for the cause, we still strive
to achieve the best. This is an ongoing process.  NRWA is made after all came in together and was
nowhere a part of the decision making to select Assotech as your preferred
house. Everyone here may certainly had some reason to select, mine is now known
to all.

Also to clarify you about the article published, it
clearly mentions the process of selecting the builder and not the current state
of the Nest. Hope you will read the article again and notice the point, also nowhere
in the article I have mentioned about  the
conditions at the Nest presently.

All residents along with you, are requested to join
regular meetings with Assotech every Sunday to update themselves and
collectively take things in a direction so that they may be resolved. You will
regularly notice yourself, the progress on swimming pool, club etc along with
other concerns raised by you.

Nothing triggered me to write this article, this is
just a small piece of a full survey done on the process of selecting a builder
and nowhere related to their actual performance.

P.S. : Please become part of all nest  residents , as request is already send to you,
this will  update you more frequently

Awaiting for
active personal participation in the meetings, and not only on mails.

Regards

Sunil

Dear Mr. Sunil - Secretary NRWA,

First of all I would like to congratulate you on the HT Estate Article, on 9th Nov '13. I felt really proud to read that Article from a fellow resident who being a proactive volunteer of NRWA team members. It is really a WOW news for all residents @ The Nest

But personally, I am surprised & more confused as well for the reason that till recently you in the capacity of Secretary of NRWA along with the other team members was discussing about the multiple issues and problems being faced by all the residents with builders on which builder has totally ignored  despite a loud protest was called by NRWA but builder being adamant had not even rectify a single defect whether it be Lift functioning, Quality of Exterior Paints of Towers, Allocation of Parking Space, Compliance documents of FIRE, Lifts NOC, Tower Approvals, Status of one additional tower not in the original plan, Swimming pool & Club etc etc.

My only concern is where we along with all residents @ The Nest were fighting & struggling with the builder for all the pending issues which he has failed to deliver against the promises made and at this stage when after rigorous efforts of NRWA  by verbal discussions & in written letters under your leadership  are totally ignored by Assotech , rather taking recourse to solve the pending issues,  what was the need arise to endorse the brand ASSOTECH. Is it a decision of NRWA to endorse the brand or it was your personal decision.

I along with many residents @ The Nest who were and are struggling at the hands of builder would request you or entire NRWA team members to please share the list of issues which are resolved as of now because I could not see as such any progress on any front.

Also  would like to know specifically from you what was the trigger to give bytes in HT favouring ASSOTECH.

P.S. I am not part of allassotechresidents@googlegroups.com , I request residents to please forwarded mail to this group so everyone is aware about good work of NRWA.

Awaiting for an urgent revert from your side.

Regards,
Kshitij Mathur
