Dear Raju,
Good initiative....
The same old story 'The Father, His Son and Donkey' Continues...... There is a class of people always criticizing things....no matter good or bad ... Everyone has their own opinion and there is no way one can satisfy all.
Dear Tarun,
Please Read the story. .... Banwarilal is a simple soul who believes whatever he is told. The village boys are aware of this and exploit his simplicity for a few laughs. One day, Banwarilal is on his way to the market with his son to sell their donkey. He comes across some village boys out to have fun.Seeing the father and son duo walking with the donkey, they first suggest that the son ride on the donkey and save the effort. The son is put on the donkey's back. The boys then ridicule the boy for riding while the father walks. The father and son switch places. The father rides while the son walks. The boys then taunt the father for making the poor son walk and advise the duo to ride the donkey together. Thinking it a good idea they comply. The poor donkey collapses from exhaustion. The boys then express their disgust at the duo for ill treating the donkey and advice that they take the donkey to an animal doctor. The duo again follows the advice. On the way, they come across barking stray dogs. In the confusion that ensues, the donkey falls into the flowing river. The donkey is lost forever. Banwarilal loses the donkey because he follows what he is suggested without thinking for himself
Regards, Kamlesh

Just keep on making new associations. There is an individual fighting several court case for construction of illegal tower in Mahagun. I never saw any appeal for supporting him. This individual is currently fighting three cases 1. for demolishing remaining portion of Mahagun market. 2. to get the procession of his own flat 3. for stoping the construction of new illegal towers in front of Osimo Tower but nobody have the courage to come out of there house and support him just forming new organisations and groups.
Do I need to tell the name of that individual? No, because you all know him very well.
Enjoy meetings!
Cherrs!

I have not received any reply except Arihant Ambience. I am still requesting you to please come forward and send your society RWA or Adhoc RWA/Committee details so that a meeting can be called to discuss how we can proceed to form an umbrella association in a so called India's First Global City - Crossings Republik. There is an urgent requirement to create an umbrella association which will be formed by the entire RWAs or Adhoc Committees of the Crossings Republik Township. We already have a meeting today with Mr. Alok Kumar (Vice Chairman of the RWA Federation of Ghaziabad) and they wanted to meet with the enitre RWAs/Adhoc Committees of Crossings Republik and discuss on the irregularities and violations in the building Bye-Laws in our township. Please come forward to save this city otherwise this city will be the worst place to live in and builder will do whatever they want.
Please feel free to contact me, if anyone have any question.

I am creating a list of the societies where RWA (or Adhoc RWA/Committee) has been formed. I have the below information - can you please correct/provide the information so that this list can be completed. Once the details will be collected, the entire RWA Office Bearers need to meet and further discuss on many ongoing issues in the township. The builder committed to provide many things at the time of booking their flat but now they don't have any correct information and deadline. We have many issues in the society as well as at the township level which are causing problem for the 5000+ residents in the township like - No Proper Connectivity other than NH-24 and Shahberi/Noida Extension, No Construction of the Shahberi Pullia, No Common Park to get together, No Schools, No Hospital, No Play Ground, No any ATM, No Post Office, No Common Toilet, Removal of Cremation Ground, Removal of Dumping Ground, Not Good Security Guards, No Proper Traffic Control at NH-24, many illegal and unauthorized construction, no provision of Public Transport System, no two way roads across ABES Engineering College, many incomplete internal & external roads, Electricity Issue and many more.
So this is a time to meet all the RWAs and discuss on these priority issues and decide weather we wanted to be united as a Crossings Republik Resident or we wanted to be depended on these builders. I am taking the lead to call this meeting and welcome your thought and support to execute it in a better way.
Regards, Raj Kumar Raju President, Mahagun Mascot RWA Crossings Republik, NH-24 Ghaziabad (U.P.)
