Hi Don't invest in Assotech projects, they are selling same flats to multiple buyers financed by different banks.

This has happened with me, I booked my flat in Assotech The Nest in 2012 and the same flat was sold to another person in 2013 through HDFC bank. I came to know about this recently and made a police complaint.

All residents of Assotech are requested to please check if their flat is also sold to any other person.

Sanjeev Srivastava MD of Assotech is not responding to my mails / letter or phone.

The notice is hereby given that the Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting (GBM) will be held at Subway-1, Round About, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad on 20^th December 2015 (Sunday) at 1:00 PM IST and the agenda is as follows:

1) Publishing the accounts statement as of 30^th Nov 2015.

2) Update on the Charter of Demand including the accomplishment/achievement of the CROMA for township welfare and future planning.

3) Discussion on the current status of the Dumping Ground and way forward.

4) Discussion on action against Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) for non-response on Completion Certificate, Deferment of Township Maintenance Charges start date, NOC for Fire Safety and non-provision of promised facilities inside the township.

5) Presenting the status report from various committees formed under CROMA:

i. Infrastructure & Electricity Committee

ii. Safety & Security Committee

iii. Cultural & Sports Committee

iv. Legal Committee

v. IT & Communication Committee

vi. Marketing & Finance Committee

6) Other discussion, by the permission of the chair, if required.
