It seems that they r making money from all residents of 3 towers. They already didn't mention the carpet area in BB agreement and now they r increasing only super area to make money. And don't know how many times they will increase it. Lets unite n ask this to assotech mgmt.

I have a flat in tower E and received the same letter.

They have increase the area from 1250 to 1285 by 35 sqft which is super area and asking for money.

As per them it was on request from customers which I suppose is not correct!
