Very true. If we can not unite 5000 residents then how we are going to unite next 50000 residents who will be joining crossing in coming years. Every one wants issues
to be resolved but under different banner. I suggest to integrate different RWA with CROMA for better future of CROSSING. This will be difficult but can be done.
Some of the very active RWA like CRIS and Mahagun can take initiative to meet CROMA members to define a structure where both party can have equal power and responsibility.

Dear All Resident,

I can see the frustration of the few of the residents in their below mails and that's why "Mahagun Mascot RWA" initiated to call a meeting of the entire society representative to discuss on many common issues in the township. CROMA is fighting for "Dumping Ground" case in Supreme Court but there are many society RWAs or Adhoc Committees who have certain reservation for functioning of CROMA and if the residents will not support CROMA then again the entire society representative should must sit and discuss how and who will fight on the common issues outside the respective societies in the township mentioned in my initial mail.

Everyone is expecting that the common issues will be taken care by CROMA but the real fact is CROMA has no support from most of the societies. The association is nothing but the person involved in any association plays a vital role everywhere inside the society or outside the society. An umbrella association must be there in the township which has the members from each of the societies where residents are living.

Now, coming to the Shahberi Pulia issue, few months back, few residents called a meeting at Shahberi Pulia on Yahoogroop and only 15-18 resident came there where we called Chief of the Security, CIPL, Col. Sidquee and planned to put the barrier in between the road in Shahberi Village side to follow the traffic lane but again question was to construct a new pulia as the current pulia is not able to afford the current burden and then CROMA Governing Body Members meet with Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) COO, Mr. Ashok Kumar and assured that the new pullia work will start in Oct 2012 so we have to wait for that. Last Saturday, I along with some CROMA Governing Body Members meet with Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) and I asked a question from COO, Mr. Ashok Kumar "What is the deadline to construct the pulia as it urgent need for the resident of the township". The answer was "You have to wait as it will be built by government and wait for few more years". My question is that the builder is selling their flat continuously but we don't have any dedicated connectivity but in past it was informed that the Crossings Republik will have four side connectivity soon. Still 5000+ residents have been shifted here and we all are paying a heavy maintenance charges per month (MMC) they don't have any deadline when the proper road connectivity will be there, they don't have a proper deadline when the entire area will be construction free, why the area infront of the Proview Laboni have some Dhaba, Sabji waali and other illegal activities are going on, why there is no proper parking infront of any shopping complex, why only one entrance gate has CCTV camera but rest two gate have no proper guards at all and the CIPL Management is not taking care of it.

The most interesting thing which I came to know that when any society will go to GDA office, they only recognize the Crossings Republik a single entity to deal with thy don't recognize the Mahagun, Gaur, Paramount, Panchsheel, Prateek, Supertech, Ajnara and so on. So in this scenario, let me know how to proceed to protest or take any action against these builders. When the power goes down for continuously 48 hours and we approach CIPL Power House, the GM (Electricity) says, "Talk to your builder" and when we talk to our respective builder they said "It will be taken care by the CIPL as we have a consortium agreement and as per the agreement, the power distribution will be taken care by CIPL". Now my question is, "Who is the sufferer due to the power failure due to CIPL Power House or cable issue?" Obliviously, it is RESIDENT of this Township. Is this the appropriate way?

Now, the problem is –

1. Residents of this township is not united here and place note – "United we stand, divided we fall".

2. RWAs or Adhoc RWAs/Committees have not been formed or not working as expected.

3. Builders are not following the building Bye-Laws and they are continuously violating the rules and

4. GDA is not following the UP Apartment Act – 2010 which is already enforce now.

Now come to the Mahagun society issue and referring the mail sent by some of the resident in the below mail chain that the Mahagun Mascot is making resident fool and making money. I know it is very easy to say on e-mails that we are making fool and making money but the residents living in the society are not foolish, they are educated and a respected owner of their flat. Mahagun Mascot RWA is still a very transparent RWA who only work to make this society a better place to live in.

Each and every resident is concerned about any illegal things in the society. Mr. Mahesh Narayanan has been called for a meeting with Mahagun Mascot RWA in past to understand the matter but he couldn't come due to some reason. We still welcome him in our Executive Body Meeting (EBM) to discuss on the matter but if we are running a RWA, we also have certain reservation in the Bye-Laws under clause#50.1, where it says, "MMRWA will not involve itself in any on-going disputes/litigation between any individual owners or group of owners/residents and the Developer/Promoter, in any forum or court of law, without the receipt of a written request from the concerned individual or a majority of the members of the group, and then too only with the express approval of The General Body. However this clause does not debar MMRWA from entering into any litigation/dispute redressal with any party, on any matter involving the larger interests of a majority of the residents/owners".

However, we discussed on the Shopping Complex demolish issue, illegal towers in Phase-2 and Fire Fighting NOC cancellation issue with the builder, Mahagun India Pvt. Ltd. and came to know why it is happening. We got some unsatisfactory answers from them but again the entire residents have to decide how to proceed to take action in any forum. The RWA require the written consent from the Mahagun Mascot residents to take the legal action.

So my dear friend, what I feel, I took the decision to collect the contact details from each society representative (RWA or Adhoc Committees) so that we can call a meeting where we can sit and can decide how to proceed. If you don't support my initiative, feel free to ignore this mail and sleep at your home. Everyone is busy in their personal and professional life and after 2-3 years, they builders will go back from this place and that time we will have nothing to do. Hope I didn't hurt anyone's emotions and always respect the comment or feedback or criticism from your side. Sorry for writing a long mail on this and still have many things to discuss which is not possible to write here and that's why I was trying to call a meeting for the same. Rest is up to you!!!

This is a fantastic initiative and needs to be supported by each every resident of Crossings Republik. This is going to be a really lengthy and herculean task. In order to CROMA to succeed in this endeavor we all should stand strongly behind Mr. Akhil Chhabra and his team.. Otherwise, they may fail.

Friends, there are plenty of things we can achieve, if we remain united and support each other's cause..

I don't think so . The person who is fighting with these elusive builders on its own is an example for the whole crossings republik.
If we say that why he is talking his frustration is not that valid. He fought alone for Mahagun residents now when the RWA was formed there they do not support that person.

I would like to know from Mahagun residents in particular :

The person who is trying to stop the illegal construction is he doing it for himself or for all?
If the society will remain free from illegal construction will not that benefit and set an example of good living for you all ?
If so then does not that person has right to be with you in his apartment and get your support even though he is losing his calm( Anybody will loose if he does something good for all but the ALL does not support that person. THIS WILL CONVERT ALL GOOD MEN INTO BAD. WE SHOULD STOP THIS CONVERSION)

In my opinion Mahagun residents in particular and all in general should pressurize builders by Hook or Crook to provide all facilities and stop illegal construction as soon as possible in Mahagun first and then in all other societies.

If we want to stop conversion then lets meet some day (Saturday/Sunday May be coming saturday/sunday ) protest in front of Glass Gate and try to teach a small community of people about how to work well in a cultured society and please never try to digest money and piece of mind of good men.

I have question to Mahagun residents in Particular and Other Residents in General WHAT DEADLINE WE SHOULD SET TO GET THAT PERSON FLAT AND STOP ALL ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN THE MAHAGUN ?? Second Thing I Would 1like to stress

In GH-7 few months(July 2012 date I dont remember) back there was a meeting among Residents, Builders and GDA. As directed by GDA builders have to follow and complete few points mentioned in the discussion to name a few decisions:

1) Covering Undeground Enterance for the Vehicle so that the water does get to the parking Area . The GDA directed builders to do it within two months. It has been more than 3 months neither GDA nor Builder have taken any action. I do not know if builders does not follow GDA then what we should understand

DOES IT MEAN THAT TOTAL FAILURE OF THE SYSTEM CALLED GDA ? OR DOES IT MEAN THAT WE RESIDENTS DOES NOT DESERVE ANYTHING ? OR DOES IT MEAN THAT THERE IS NO LAW AND ORDER IN THIS COUNTRY ???

2) Second point was to ensure there is no open parking as per the plan and there was No VILLA as per the PLAN ?

GDA Said they will look into it. As of now there is no update about that. What is happening here in this place? If few private builders can do what ever they like then how can we expect to stop the issues at a larger arena. The GDA is now seems to be singing builders song. Who know what happened to them ???

IF THIS HAPPENS WHAT SHOULD WE DO ? JUST SEAT IDLE AND FORGET IT... THIS IS NOT THE SOLUTION THEY SHOULD KNOW GDA and BUILDER THAT IT IS NOT THEIR MONEY IT IS OUR MONEY AND THEY CAN NOT DIGEST IT. Regarding Crossings Maintenance

We pay lot of money to facility management but when we ask where you are utilizing these money then they never respond.I will take case of GH-7 in particular...

Till now there is no notice from the Facility Management about how much they are spending and where ???
If you go alone they say that they are taking money from 2000 people not from you alone and do not say anything and say who are you to ask...We have different kind of resident also those who do not mingle well and they advantage or our not united approach... Do not think that they behave like BLACK BRITISHERS WHO ALWAYS UTILIZED BREAK AND RULE!!!

I Would like to know which all facility management in socities in crossings display their income and expenditure ? Why they should not display it ? Facility management is for service to the residents not to rule residents... When we will wake up and teach them these lessions... It has been a long around 2 years from the commencements of society but in my opinion lets wake up and teach them what are Facility Management for...

Meanwhile , I could see really a dramatic situation in the early morning at the GH-7 Exit from the Temple side... All those security gaurds with balck dress block the roads and say from 8 - 10 don't go via this road. I am wondering why they should do that we at GH-7 are near to Mandir and we should get advantage or our location and get the other side of Pulia eaisly but what they do to GH-7 residents

1 ) Go to Prateek... (More fuel and more time)

2) Take time around 20-30 min to cross pulia ( more time need to spend)

3) In between they also open the opposite side for some VIP with blue Light on TOP and they say that since he is VIP we will open for them but since you are resident we will not open for you... These guards take lot of fun about the residents...

I heard about one Kernel Siddique who manages these things: I am not sure when he takes money from residents of crossings why he works for Blue Light cars and other people coming from other side. He is making fool of the people and take charge and money for 20-30 Guards just for managing traffic. Per Gaurd income if you take 1000 then it comes 30000 per month for just managing traffic and even after that we face lot of trouble... Why is he getting money... Does not he understand that...

If we pay money to him he should add a red light on the pulia and let one time go people from Madir side - One time from Sabaeri side and One time from NH-24 side to cross the pulia...

Are we not fed up with these situations... GDA does not care since they either do not have power or vested interest... Crossings does care because they enjoy our money without publishing expenditure .... We residents should teach them lesson about how to be like a service provide and service taker...
GDA is for public but if they can not make builder work as per their direction then WHY WE PUBLIC SHOULD NOT RISE AND CORRECT THE SYSTEM.

WHY THIS CROSSINGS DOES NOT CIRCULATE MONTHELY EXPENDITURE TO ALL RESIDENTS PER SOCIETY AS WELL AS OVERALL... WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH OUR MONEY... We need to teach them ...

I know everything what I mentioned may not fit for all few may dislike it but think and you will know what ever am stating is correct and if we will not rise then they will never follow the procedure for a transparent system..

Just keep on making new associations. There is an individual fighting several court case for construction of illegal tower in Mahagun. I never saw any appeal for supporting him. This individual is currently fighting three cases 1. for demolishing remaining portion of Mahagun market. 2. to get the procession of his own flat 3. for stoping the construction of new illegal towers in front of Osimo Tower but nobody have the courage to come out of there house and support him just forming new organisations and groups.

Do I need to tell the name of that individual? No, because you all know him very well.

There is an urgent requirement to create an umbrella association which will be formed by the entire RWAs or Adhoc Committees of the Crossings Republik Township. I have the below information - can you please correct/provide the information so that this list can be completed. Once the details will be collected, the entire RWA Office Bearers need to meet and further discuss on many ongoing issues in the township. The builder committed to provide many things at the time of booking their flat but now they don't have any correct information and deadline. We have many issues in the society as well as at the township level which are causing problem for the 5000+ residents in the township like - No Proper Connectivity other than NH-24 and Shahberi/Noida Extension, No Construction of the Shahberi Pullia, No Common Park to get together, No Schools, No Hospital, No Play Ground, No any ATM, No Post Office, No Common Toilet, Removal of Cremation Ground, Removal of Dumping Ground, Not Good Security Guards, No Proper Traffic Control at NH-24, many illegal and unauthorized construction, no provision of Public Transport System, no two way roads across ABES Engineering College, many incomplete internal & external roads, Electricity Issue and many more.

So this is a time to meet all the RWAs and discuss on these priority issues and decide weather we wanted to be united as a Crossings Republik Resident or we wanted to be depended on these builders. I am taking the lead to call this meeting and welcome your thought and support to execute it in a better way.
