there has been no update from MAPS on the last meeting (15th Jan)..
Please update on the group what approach we are taking, I already see there isnt much choice left with us.
Atleast we can take conscious decision together as a group.

Dear MAPS members,

Wish you a very Happy New Year 2012.

As we are nearing to possession, we propose MAPS open meeting on 15th Jan at 11 AM at Crossings Republik underground market to review the project update and to discuss about our next course of action, regarding possession and other facilities.

Please also refer our earlier commmunication regarding the CROMA election. We shall discuss about the same and if anyone is interested for being the part of CROMA executive committee, you can propose your or others name for the same. To be the part of voting process, you have to be a registered member of CROMA. If you are not a registered member yet, please bring along the necessary documents for registering yourself, as per our last communication and submit it to MAPS representative after the above meeting.

    • Param Symph Dear Amit & all other MAPS members - This is with reference to our meeting on 15th Jan and the site visit, its been found that the project status is upto our satisfaction. There is lot of improvement in the developement of common area outside and within the buildings. Though, Nimbus status have improved, but still lot to be done to take to the same to the pace of other 3 towers. Its still one month left for the last date of final payment, we are hoping that the project will come in its final shape. We request all to please take your conscious decision, make yourself satisfied with the current status and can start releasing the final payment and get the registry done. For any of your personal issues, please contact Ms. Ankita or Anu of Paramount. If you still face any issues, please get in touch with any of our core committee members. Rgds : MAPS.
