The last I heard, in total 120 owners have registered their flats in Paramount Symphony (incl. the ones done on 31st Jan'12).

thnxx for the update...but i would like to know that are we going ahead and paying the final instalment before the outside and the common area is ready???.... all nimbus tower members, kindly suggest wen to start the process of registering the flat and paying the final instalment to the builders...

Just wanted to confirm - has anyone got the possession letter for their flat after making the final payment to the builder but before the registry was done ? I need this for availing tax benefit on the home-loan interest as my registry is still not done, although we have the possession of the house..
Is there any other document that is permissible for availing the tax benefit on the interest part of home loan (e.g. the demand letter from builder for getting the possession) ?
