[CROMA] Possession Panchsheel Wellington- Delay Penalty

Hi Friends,

I have recently received offer for possession from Panchsheel Wellington for my flat in Tower-2.

In that, all balance amount is OK except penalty due to delay in dispersal of Loan amount ? I have been charged around approx Rs 46000, which makes no sense specially at the time when Panchsheel is not ready to pay a single rupee on behalf of delay in possession of flat from their end.

I have heard that few residents who have also been charged for similar penalty have taken waiver of this penalty amount from Panchsheel. Can anyone please guide to whom should I approach for this waiver? As of now, Amit Chaudhary from Panchsheel is not ready to listen anything.

Would appreciate if anyone can reply with their number, specially who have taken waiver, and guide on the way forward..
