[CROMA] Crossings Republik Township Table Tennis Tournament 2016

 

 Dear Residents,





After grand success of first edition, Gardenia Square Table Tennis Club(GSTTC) brings third edition of Township level Table Tennis Tournament for all CR residents (flat owners/tenants). Tournament is going to be conducted on 14-15th May'16 at Gardenia Square Club. All residents are invited to participate. Please cascade it to all the CR residents.

Below are the tournament details:

Date                       :  14-15th May'16
Venue                    :  Gardenia Square Club
Registration Date :  Till 8pm, 8th May'16
  
uEntry is open for only Crossings Republik (CR) residents (flat owners/tenants).
u2 Categories & 7 Groups
uDoubles: Seniors, Juniors(Born on or after 1st May'2000).
uSingles: Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Sub-Juniors(Born on or after 1st May'05).
uEntry fees will be Rs. 100 per player for juniors and Rs. 150 per player for seniors (Sub-Juniors entry is free).
uMatch schedule will be decided based on "Draw of Lots" at 8pm, 8th May'16.
uCopy of any document containing CR address is required, during registration.
uCopy of document containing DOB is also required for juniors & sub-juniors, during registration.
uAll matches will be of 3 sets of 11 points each except finals of 5 sets.
u2 Prizes (Winner & Runner-up) for each group.
uIf players can't find partners for doubles, partners will be decided by "Draw of Lots" among the candidates, registered for doubles.
uGirls group will be merged into boys if participation is less than 4 per group.

[Amrapali_Empire] CROMA GBM on 15 May 2016 (Sunday) at 3 PM at Round About (Revised Notification) [3 Attachments]

 

Date: 21st April 2016

 

Dear CROMA Members,

 

The notice is hereby given that the General Body Meeting (GBM) will be held at Subway-1, Round About, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad on 15th May 2016 (Sunday) at 3 PM IST and the agenda is as follows:

 

1.     Publishing the accounts statement as on 31st March 2016.

 

2.     Discussion on the Charter of Demand of CROMA and its current status.

 

3.     Formation of the Election Committee and proceed for the election of the members of the Governing Body of CROMA for next 2 years as per the rule laid down in the CROMA Bye Laws under Rule No 16 which says, "The Governing Body of the society shall be elected for a term of 2 years in General Body Meeting. The raising hands shall be the mode of election. The newly elected Governing Body list should be attested by three outgoing office bearers and it will be filled with registrar of the Societies Uttar Pradesh."

a.     The election for the Governing Body Members will be done by raising hands in this GBM under the supervision of the Election Committee to be formed in the same GBM. However, it is the responsibility of the Election Committee to conduct the election as per their wish under the applicable laws.

b.    Only members who are registered as a member of the association and have their name in the CROMA Membership List can participate in the GBM for electing the new Governing Body or can contest for any position of the Governing Body of the association.

c.     The election will be conducted for the following positions as per the CROMA Bye Laws:

                                          i.    President                      : 1

                                         ii.    Vice President               : 1

                                        iii.    General Secretary          : 1

                                        iv.    Secretary                      : 3

                                         v.    Treasurer                      : 1

                                        vi.    Executive Member         : 8

d.    The Membership Drive will be started effectively 22nd April 2016 for those who are not a member of the association but have a flat in any of the society in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. As per the CROMA Bye Laws, you have to fill the CROMA Membership Form and a membership fee of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Only) and need to take the receipt from the Treasurer of CROMA. The Treasurer (Mr. Pradeep Aswani) can be contacted on 9871617870 between 7 PM – 10 PM and his residential address is: Flat No: 03, Tower-A1, Saviour Greenisle, Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad.

e.     The subscription amount can be given either in cash or in cheque with the name of "CROSSINGS REPUBLIK FLAT OWNERS ASSOCIATION". Please make sure you don't give your Membership Form and Subscription Amount to anyone else except CROMA Treasurer otherwise CROMA will not be responsible for anything.
