[ParamountGroup] Why so quiet here ?

 

Suddenly the activity here has dropped.

Anyone care to inform what happened at the MAPS meeting, my parents reached late as they came from out of town. They did meet some of the members who were there.

So are we all set to take possession ?
MAPS, anything new from builder or next steps decided by core committee ?

[ParamountGroup] Status of Nimbus Tower

 

Hi,

Is there any news or updates on the work progress in tower Nimbus??? The builders have actually stopped all communication from their side. No calls are attended, no letters are being sent informing about the progress... waiting for penalty cheques is like expecting tooo much from them!!!!!
Would appreciate if anyone could give an insight regarding this....

Sorry Mr. Chhabra I do not agree with you issue of Notice is not as good as stay, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has not made any orders on the interim application of the builders.

Just sharing Good News that today Builders Petition on Dumping Yard Issue in Supreme Court Admitted, Notice Issued.This is an instant Relief. Notice Issued on Fist Hearing by Supreme Court is as good as Stay order.

Ansal's has been directed to deposit 1 crore penalty imposed by the High Court within Four weeks . Crossings Infra has already deposited the penalty before filing the petition so No adverse order against Crossinsg Infra Pvt. Ltd. 

Matter may get list after four -five weeks. No date yet fix by Supreme Court as per procedure.    

This is not the end.We have to wait till the final order pass by the Supreme Court for this Dumping Monster. This is another litigation round started.It may take few months or an year to get finality by the Supreme Court.

Today's Court order can be downloaded from the website in the evening after 5.P.M. Any one can visit on the Supreme Court website and see the order.  

CROMA strategy will remain same as circulated earlier. Still we are in discussion with Lawyers. We were  waiting for builders petition to get admit in the Supreme Court which actually got admitted today. If their is any change in CROMA's action plan on behalf of residents we will circulate it very soon.
