Let's see what other people have to say. This lift is not an invisible thing. Many people can see it and feel the problem or if they feel, it does not exist, take a ride right now. So, far I have called the guards at gate twice asking them to shut down this lift. Because 10 minutes before as well, the lift was in same state.
A lift in this state is worse than having no lift at all.
My suggestion, this lift must be shut down permanently if there is no solution to run it properly. Safety is first concern.
