Hi, I had a talk with Mr Saurabh regarding the increased area. He told me that in carpet area  some balcony size is increased, the size of balconies should be a standard size as per the GDA's. He also tell me that some people from GDA come to Cr and visit ASSOTECH and did grounding and they are having bankables till Diwali.I don't Know how much is this true.
