Dear Flat Owners /Representative of RWA of different societies,
Request all to become member of CROMA so that a strong governing body can be elected who will keep working for issues at township level.
It's more important that Critics n flat owners who believe CROMA need improvement, they should become member of CROMA and help the organisation to act n much better n efficient way.
It's easy to take n do corrective action after becoming part of it.
It will be easier for ppl, if from every society some volunteer can take print out of attached form and get it filled and submit compiled form with list to election officer.
I have already done this for my society n look that ppl from different society will take it in positive way n help flat owner from their society to become member of CROMA.
Alternatively ppl can also send scan of signed form.

CIRCULAR
Membership Drive of CROMA:
As per the General Body Meeting held on 09th November 2013 it was decided to conduct the election of 'Executive Committee of CROMA' which is to replace the existing interim body.
In order to facilitate the election programme, off-line membership drive has been started so that all the existing as well as new members can take part in the CROMA Election Programme. All individual flat owner/ allottee of Crossing Republik Township can become the CROMA Member and can take part in the election. The one time-membership fee is waived off now, till further notification. So no membership fee is to be paid now to take the membership during this membership drive. This Membership Drive will close on 25th December 2013.
A copy of Membership Form is attached herewith.
