in whole crossing, builders have not maintain any norms there was problem in our society too in last synchronisation of iftt done but sti space in lift is not good ,no service ift and some time makes so much sound that it appears as if it will crack or break in middle a life threatening event,if we all can fight together it will be better option.

I am attaching 2 incidents of Indrapuram society (yesterdays and todays in Amar Ujaal News paper)about lift incidence.
It clearly says that draft bylaws of UP apartment act 2010 does not cover any lift related issues.
It should by amend in the bylaws of society.
Unfortunately lift is one the major issue in our society also.
I suggest if you amend the by laws and cover lift related issues in that than we can also ask the builder to provide permanent solutions not just the lift service.

Lift is the life line of high rise building..... So please don't ignore, in the hurry of registration.
