Dear Crossings Republik Residents,
As you are aware that CROMA, in association with Sapphire International School, Crossings Republik has organized Sports Day for children of Crossings Republik Township on 25th Jan 2015 (Sunday). So please register your ward as soon as possible. There are Winners Award, Participation Certificate and Snack to be provided to ever child who will participate in the event and this event is purely free of cost. The Registration From is attached with this mail. Please fill it and drop it in the Drop Boxes available at 3 places in the township (see below). If you have not received the Registration Form yet, please take the prinout of the attached form, fill it and send it on Whatsapp Number#9891358901.
Activities and age categories are:

· For Pre - Registration, kindly deposit the participation form by 24th Jan '15 at the collection centers mentioned below

2. V. K. Optical, Crossings Plaza Market, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad
3. Main Glass Gate, Crossings Republik, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad
· The Registration Forms have been distributed to every society and if you have not received it yet, kindly find the enclosed attachment, take a printout and fill it or visit Sapphire International School, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad and collect it and submit it to the collection center.
· Prize distribution would be on the same day of the event.
· Participation certificate will be given to everyone.
· Shuttle Service to the venue would be provided from your society gate by Sapphire International School at 10 AM.
Venue : Central Park Area between Panchsheel Wellington & Ajnara GenX, Crossings Republik (Ramleela Ground)
Timings : 11 AM Onwards
