[ParamountGroup] Re: Prevailing rate in Crossings ?

 

Thanks. Yeah I have not seen any offer > 3100. 

So wanted to know if everyone else similar trend where actual transactions are taking place. 
Max is 3100 that I have seen so far in last one year.

It's around 3100/3300 what you will get as a seller... People are asking 3600/3900 but Crossing is low because of Noida Extension.

Does anyone have real number at which transactions are happening in Pramount or Crossings in general. 
For 3+1 BHK  1895 sq ft apartment 

Range will also help, it's just I want to know real numbers and not the expected price.
