Out of sudden this has been noticed that residents @The Nest have become very proactive in raising issues of welfare like car parking , security, safety, maintenance , electricity etc etc. Every mail is with proper name , flat and tower number.
Few entertaining residents are appreciating tower representation of candidate for election again and again as seems their own desire. Few intelligent are justifying election process with half quoted judgements/ legal provisions of the U P Apartment Act for their own aspirations like a legal clerk and few most intelligent are advising rules of election may not turn into violation of bye laws and raising issues that election should be conduct as per local laws. And the most interesting climax situation Election Committee of 3 member appointed by GBM turned into full confidential agency of 2 members with no whereabouts of 3rd member of the Election Committee. WOW!!!.
It looks like every resident started selling themselves for their name with flat and tower specification to nominate himself/herself for representation as campaigning for the most happening election of Crossings to win the post at any cost. It seems really interesting and must get nomination for the best

@Silent Residents@The Nest , those who are just waiting to caste vote, this is in public interest that everyone should apply its own mind for considering the candidate /tower representation and think how election for apartment association@The Nest can be more interesting and entertaining as you may not get the Chance to Vote but you must nominate and continue chain mail with intelligent views.
