I think there should be no question of taking possession or getting registry when flats are not ready. I live in Yucca tower of paramount just opposite Mapple and know that it will take yet about six months.
As per Apartment Act 2010, incomplete flats cannot be registered. Reply may sent to builder on the builder and also lodge a complaint with the GDA & DM. Complaining to SSP would also not be out of place.
In any case, taking possession at this time will lend you in many legal tangles and troubles.

I purchased a flat in paramount mapple in august 2010 and now in june 2014 they are asking for possession and registry while flats are not preapred till date. Can anyone suggest what 2 do
