We shall have around 800/900 flats in this premises and if we consider only 1 person from each flat coming to swim in peak season one swimming pool has to accommodate 400-450 persons whereas not more than 100 person can stand at a time in one pool let alone doing swimming together. This pit can be sufficient for hardly 20 persons doing swimming simultaneously. There can not be worst planning other then this. We should ask for the approval/clearance papers if they have obtained from competent district authorities so that truth gets surfaced. No filtration, only one ladder, no recirculation of water, no wash room, no change room, no caretaker .......and lot many thing. If we accept this as swimming pool, the definition of swimming pool has to be changed.

agree with you that the residents should also take care of the swimming gears
i.e costume and headgear. But, I am surprised that how that is linked with the substandard material and filtration system which is not even started operating at the site.
What substandard infrastructure and quality is provided is visible to all
residents very well and do not try to give excuse of all wrong done by your
board management not you.
Also
regarding your advise to me on my tone, I would like to clarify that when not
only our hard earned money which is at peril but the risk and hygiene of our kids is at stakes, tone can not only
be harsh, it can go to any extent which you and Mr. Srivastava should note in
your mind very well. I know unless a high tone is used , your adamant
management never listen and b'coz of that only the situation as on today of
"The Nest" society at Crossings Republik which resident knows and
giving you award in writing on daily basis for one or the other reason whether
it be security, quality or infrastructure. Please keep those written email in
your mind and must act on those points rather giving excuses so that tone of the residents remain in control as per your advise.

and hopeless club. This is what we paid to keep Assotech as a brand in mind.
Please rethink on planning of amenities in Club House before final
handover.
