If this is the way kids of society are are falling sick, it is not a good sign. Immediately this so called swimming pool need to be close as the operating and cleaning system is not proper. Neither pre and post swim bath area nor the changing rooms & wash rooms are ready. Everyone should stop sending their kids and notice must be place about "Closure" immediately.
Also parents whose kids have fallen sick, must Complaint to Police Station, Crossings Republik against rash & gross negligence of Assotech management as such act of Assotech of handing over incomplete swimming pool without proper infrastructure likelihood sufficient to run the risk of causing death or grievous hurt which can be said to be rash & negligence under Indian Criminal Law. Water infection diseases can be very harmful, if the water in pool is not clean on daily basis with proper system. This is a very serious matter.
Assotech management has no right to play with lives of our kids.Strict action must be taken.

It is highly unprofessional activity from The ASSOTECH.I will invite Assotech employees who all are sitting in their office to come with their kids and take bath and feel what the .Nest residents are feeling.Hoping to see you and your family soon.ThanksManishOn Wed, Jul 2, 2014 at 6:08 PM, Sandeep Jain <sandeepjain@assotechlimited.com> wrote:
Dear Sh. Akhil Chabra,
We would like to inform you that the swimming pool water at 'Nest' is being maintained very well. However, we find that the residents are not acting responsibly and they are using the swimming pool without wearing proper swimming gear like costume and headgear. This is causing extra load on the swimming pool resulting in extra effort in terms of manpower, material and filtration system. Notwithstanding that, we are making all the possible efforts to keep the pool neat, clean, and tidy to make swimming experience enjoyable to the residents.
In the end we would like to say that your tone and tenor in emails is not palatable and it certainty does not lead to conducive relationship amongst us. We request you to be polite while putting your views forward.
We assure you that we will do our best to keep the residents happy.
With Regards,
Sandeep Jain

Mr. Srivastava please find attached pictures of NEWLY Built Swimming Pool @The Nest.
See the condition and system of filling of the water through pipe which is unhealthy and unsafe water. Who will sent their kids in this pool will definitely fall sick.
This is a complete shame on you and you must wash your face in this water.

Dear Mr.Srivastava/Mr. Jain
This has been noticed that swimming pool opened at under construction club is very unsafe and unhealthy. There is no provision of inflow and outflow of water. No mechanism to control contamination of water by using chlorine. Proper plant to chlorinate and to control inflow-outflow of water is not implanted as not seen at the site. I doubt you have taken all proper measures and approval of swimming pool. No life guard is deputed. You have opened the swimming pool without proper project planning which may turn into a big risk for the residents.
Please note , if any health hazard or any accident occurred, it becomes a criminal offence for gross negligence. Request you to immediately consider all the factors to control the abovesaid points and provide all maintenance for the same.
Further, in the party hall at the under construction Club house, no provision of false ceiling nor any provision of window or split AC has been noticed. Is this the project planning of club party hall or this is a janta district centre hall. In comparison to neighbourhood's party hall and club house at Crossings, the club at Assotech - The Nest seems the most disgusting and hopeless club. This is what we paid to keep Assotech as a brand in mind. Please rethink on planning of amenities in Club House before final handover.
