One choice we have is to NOT BUY Anything or NOT USE ANY SERVICE of these illegal shops.

Few months of business in loss and some of them will go away. Else it is easy money for them and they will have enough money to pay bribes and will become permanent here.

I am not sure if temple land is illegal, but if it is, then dont pay any donation, else it go to pocket of those owning the Pooja path business.
