[AssotechNest] tower G Next demand

Today I have received a call from Assotech for the payment of next 30 % around [ 8 lacs ], and they are sending demand notes for the same.

As per them construction will start from next week and HDFC approve bank loan on tower G.

Is this true ?

Is there anyone who has received the same call ? 

Are people on the board who has booked the flat are going to pay this presently.
