[AssotechNest] Complaint Case against ASSOTECH- Next Residents meeting on Sunday-09.03.3014

Dear Residents

Many thanks to all those who supported the cause on the subject & those who also visited on 2.03.14 for discussion on further action plan to stop all violations and illegalities by the builder Assotech @ The Nest

The under signed had a common table discussion  with existing RWA team members and all residents members present and discussed the gravity of brazen lies by the builder in his Reply to the Complaint and large scale modifications done in original master plan including addition of Commercial area, No Central Park, Allotment of Parking , Changes in Club Design of ground floor, Quality Constructions only. The RWA team and resident members present in the meeting expressed opinion to consider in joining the ongoing Complaint Case  against the builder alongwith 4 Complaints filed by the undersigned residents with the views and consensus of public in large @ The Nest to have more impact on builder to improve the infrastructure at the earliest.

In view of the discussion by the existing RWA team and residents members presents, the existing RWA team requested for a copy of Complaint alongwith reply filed by Assotech builder to study the documents to take matter into further discussion. Accordingly the undersigned  provided the copies of documents to RWA team.

The next Common meeting to take further decision is proposed on Sunday i.e. 9.03.2014 at Club Room, Maintenance Office, The Nest at 11.a.m.
