In view of information as below e-mail shared with you all , Discussion on steps to stop all illegalities by Assotech management on many front and views of residents to take forward legal action in a more stringent way by support of more residents to improve the infrastructure at "The Nest" at the earliest.

Notice issued in all the 4 Complaint Cases as well Stay Application against ASSOTECH Ltd for STAY on "Maintenance Charges" & "Construction of Additional Tower". We are fighting legal battle aggressively. Assotech has filed the reply with the stand that ASSOTECH has done all the completion work. Further through reply filed by Assotech in court, it came to our knowledge that Assotech is coming up with Commercial Tower at the front side of the society, No Central Park, Additional Tower , Club with only Ground Floor plan, No proper sanction of Electricity Load station as of now . The current site plan filed by Assotech in the Court record is attached herewith for your knowledge and information.Also to inform you that we filed the current photographs/pictures of condition of Exterior Paint quality of Towers , Parking allotment condition as well as other grey area of the society complex before the Court. Now b'coz of our efforts and Court pressure to prove his case in favor , Assotech is trying to improve and started repaint of Exterior paint of the Towers, started re-allotment of Car Parking, trying to handover the club with only ground floor plan as soon possible.Next Date of hearing in the complaint case is fixed for 21.03.2014. Our major Question in the Complaint are ' Why maintenance of the society compound as well township maintenance is applicable and payable when society compound as well as township is not completed, pathetic condition & operation of Lifts, No proper parking allotment till date, No clarity on Electricity Charges, No Club till date etc etc " and Secondly ASSOTECH has to clarify about the compliance and approval documents of additional Tower as well as additional floors which was not in the original plan effected and reduced the super area of the compound and price we paid on the super area shown to us at the time of booking."Please take note if residents unite in mass number to fight for about bad quality product at "The Nest" it will have a big impact on Complaint Case to improve the society and early relief in favor of all residents. This is just for your knowledge and information. Please wake up to fight against ASSOTECH to improve the society " The Nest" as early as possible.Accordingly request to join us to discuss further course of action on coming Sunday i.e. 2.03.2014 near Main Gate , Guard Room at 10. A.M. morning.
