Thanks for your Mail and seeking direct reply. I appreciate your approach in this regard.

In this connection we had a couple of Tele conversation in this connection where the following was accepted:-

1.       My name came during your conversation with Estate Officer while seeking details on removing the said posters.

2.       Filthy and abusive language was used against me without any rime or reason.

3.       You disproved use of abusive language and I welcome your stand.

4.       Such behaviour is not solution of any problem in a civilises Society.

 

As my name pops up in the Mail, as a responsible Executive Member of Nest RWA I inform that it was removed on the collective  decision of NRWA members available at that time based on the monumental decision taken under your leadership not to paste any circular in the Nest without the approval of RWA OR estate Officer. This decision was complied with as this directive has not been altered. You will appreciate that we still continue to follow your directive till date. I do hope me as individual or Nest as a body has not violated any directive. Even in case of any mistake, in an educated Society it is not a solution to abuse anyone especially at his back and constructive discussion is a way out.

 

In case you would like further discussion, I would be available at time mutually convenient.

Hi NRWA

Today early morning I pasted attached protest poster in Assotech Nest premise at Notice board, Main gate and out side of main gate but notice was removed before 12 PM. When I checked with state manager why this was removed I got shocking answer from state manager “Notice was removed on instruction of Mr. Naval Tripathi”

I would like to know from NRWA , is this NRWA decision or Only Mr. Naval Tripathi or state manager is wrong ? 

Dear Residents

Whoever is responsible for this act,  He do not want residents to raise voice against builder because we all know this protest is against to CIPL and in favor of crossing residents.  Now it’s up to all residents to get answer from NRWA or state manager.
