[panchsheel_wellington] Lift Issue - 14/08/2013 09:15 PM (Stuck In lift)

Hi Residents,

Yesterday I Stuck in T-1 (Block B) Service lift around 25 minutes, After ringing alarm for 25 minutes some one from lift maintenance staff  rescued me.
 

After this incident it raise serious concerns regarding lift maintenance and residents safety measures in the society, Where are paying huge amount of maintenance.

1. No phone installed in the service lift.

2. It took 25 minutes to rescue me, Just think in case of medical emergency, kids inside the lift etc.  etc.

3. While I have asked about SLA,The person who rescued me,He replied we are only 3 persons maintaining 6 lefts. "Kya baat" :(

4. I am thinking lifts are backbone of any high rise society, This is still not manageable what will happen after 2-3 year, and how the club, security, parks etc. etc. will be maintained.

Lets discuss this matter seriously in next upcoming meeting.
