Hello All,

I have a flat in tower E and received the same letter.

They have increase the area from 1250 to 1285 by 35 sqft which is super area and asking for money.

As per them it was on request from customers which I suppose is not correct!

Now Assotech demands an amount for this increased area as per booking price. i dont understand how this size should change? And what about the GDA Approval Status? Any updates plz share.
