Thanks to all for your prompt reply.
Now I am bit scared, wether I have made correct decision or not...As project is already delayed by more than a year and now again based on situation and update from you all it seems it will take another 1 year appx .
From last 6 month I am hearing the same they will be give possession in next 2-3 month.
