REVISED CROMA EXECUTIVE BODY ELECTION NOTIFICATION

 

Dear CROMA Members,

 

This is just to inform you that due to UP Assembly Election-2012; the CROMA Election Programme has been postpone for the year 2012-2013. So I am pleased to declare the revised election schedule as under:

 

I.        Election Schedule:

 

1)    Membership Drive                                        :           2^nd Jan 2012 - 14^th Feb 2012

2)    Verification of Voter List                               :           16^th Feb 2012 (Till 6 PM)

3)    Publication of the Final Voter List on Portal    :           18^th Feb 2012 (Till 9 PM)

4)    Date of filling of nomination papers                :           20^th Feb 2012 (Till 5 PM)

5)    Last date of withdrawal of nomination            :           24^th Feb 2012 (Till 5 PM)

6)    Scrutiny of nomination papers                      :           26^th Feb 2012 (Till 5 PM)

7)    Declaration of accepted nominations             :           26^th Feb 2012 (Till 5 PM)

8)    Release of final list of candidates                  :           26^th Feb 2012 (Till 5 PM)

9)    Online Voting Window                              :           28^th Feb 2012 (From 10 AM) – 2^nd Mar 2012

(Till 10 PM)   

10) Date of Off-line Election, if required         :           4^th Mar 2012 (Sunday)

(a)        Venue                                            :           Fountain Chowk, Crossings Republik Township, NH-24, Ghaziabad (U.P.)

(b)       Voting Time - Offline                       :           10 AM – 4 PM

(c)        Counting                                         :           4 PM onward

(d)       Declaration of Result                       :          Late evening on the same day
