I saw one mail sometime back regarding the contact details of someone who has the taxi services in Crossings. can anybody share that info with me ,

need to hire a driver for sometime.

I hope nither Gardenia Management will revert on our mail/letters nor they will give us time to meet their Director/MD etc.....

I think we should meet on 10th October 12.30 PM in Gardenia's office (Noida-62) and try to meet the director over there.......

As from next week onwards festival season will start and most of us may be going out side delhi....

So we have only this weekend (in october) to meet Gradenia management ....

Hi Kapil,I have booked my flat in Gardenia and got the intimation letter for possession. I have some queries:1) Can you please guide about the service tax (if any). On what amount the service tax has been levied and how much? 2) I think Crossing Infra has not got the Completion Certificate from GDA till now. Should this not create any problem while registration. 3) If we want to go for other lawyer than builder's, what all documents will we need?4) Does your agreement say anything about External Electrification Charges seperately. If yes then how much have been charged for the same?
