[ParamountGroup] Possession

 

Hi

I am taking the possession of my apartment in Solitaire tower.
A few queries on the process:

Once final 5% is paid, builder is asking to get it registered.
Once registered, builder will take 3-4 weeks to give final touches to the apartment and then hand it over.

Looking at the current status of Solitaire tower, I can see it will be ready. But not sure about the living condition and nearby common space (although construction is going on for common areas too).

I came to know that more than 50 members have already taken possession, can they throw some more light on how they followed the process and made sure they get the apartment is the perfect condition as promised. ?
