Believe me, I (and mostly all) would be more than happy to have a working MAPS.
Always believed in clarity and fairness.
But if members have already started to take possession and no official word on our numerous demands from builder, doubts are bound to come.
ofcourse MAPS can't force some one not to take possession but together we could have got better deal and response from builder.
We failed as a team and ofcourse the blame has to be taken by our representatives as much as members.
Whatever happened, I think it's better now to take possession and get things in order and control with active members living together.

Dear Jitin and all,Nobody is quite I think you are not checking the mails. already it has been decided that if people are satisfied with with work and if they taking possession than in that case MAPS will stop them. already officially mail has been posted for the same. Just to inform you that in last meeting of MAPS (which was open to all) no body (only few people) turn up as i was also not attended but one person was telling me in that meeting decided that in Feb end MAPS will call meeting and will review the status of work and will take decisions accordingly.friend s we all part of MAPS. MAPS is not any one specific. as per my knowledge any one can join and work i think 7-8 new faces have joined.I will request MAPS officials to reply on these stupid allegation.Regards,Manoj.
