I have tried explaining you and others before, but you didn't understand. So let me try again.
Doesn't matter if I attended meetings or not,
There are and will be scores of people who will not be able to join physically.
We should devise better strategy to address it rather than keep raising the same point again and again.
You got enough positive suggestions on this forum, but result is seen by everyone.
If you will see my query, it's asking why we so quiet. This is possession time so this group should have been full of energy and queries.
Don't kill a democratic forum by confusing the thread. If we keep doijg it Tomorrow there will be no one interested in any genuine debate or queries.
~ Jitin
Hi! MAPS members,
Good to see fireworks, at this forum, sometimes. At least, it gives the opportunity to all those people, who goes into the hibernation and wakes up suddenly and starts yelling without any reason. Its difficult to understand the state of mind of certain people, who are not in sync.
As said by someone, MAPS is actually you & me. It's not any single person or a group. Hence, if you are questioning MAPS, what it is doing; you are questioning yourself, what you are doing for MAPS. MAPS is working on its own, for the betterment of the society and for the citizens of Paramount Symphony.
The only reason is, we are more active on Facebook these days, instead of Yahoo forum. Please join us on https://www.facebook.com/groups/paramountsymphony/ . But, yes, we should not neglect this forum too, where we started the group.
Now, we are forced to address certain serious allegation charged by few future residents.
1. This chain event (Is MAPS active?) is started by one Mr. Jitin Arora. We were just reading his messages of last 2-3 months. Your messages reads your only interest in knowing - what MAPS is doing, where MAPS is, what is the current status etc. Can we ask you, what is your personal contribution to this forum? Have you ever attended a single meeting of MAPS in last 2 years? Have you ever given any information to this forum? Further, we also wish to ask you, there is no comment (or compliment) from your end on MAPS message dtd. 16th Dec.' 2011 for the payment extension till 28th Feb.' 2012. Are you not the beneficiary of it? And when the given period is about to expire, you are purposely creating confusions on the forum. We don't welcome the personal agendas, if you have and work on the common agendas only.
For your information, we are always less in size & nos. and need the real members, who can contribute towards the betterment of society. But, for this please, at least show-up once, instead of yelling on internet. We don't want to consider you a FAKE. And for creating a democratic group too, you can't play by hiding behind the bushes. If you want to divide and rule, like Crossing Infra RWA, please go ahead, we will prefer to sit at back stage. As far the names are concerned, we will give you the complete list of it, whenever needed.
2. To the query of respected Mr. Devesh Varshney of GAIL, no communication from MAPS doesn't mean the possession of all MAPS executive committee. Out of 20-25 MAPS leading people, 2-3 have taken the possession and another 7-8 have applied for the possession, after finding the flat, project & other facilities in order. You need not to be worried, since there are already half of these people with you, who are still gauging the situation.
3. On the final payment, we again wish to highlight our last communication, as under :
"Paramount Management has extended final payment date upto 28th Feb.' 2012 and no interest will be charged till 28th Feb.' 2012. However, members can do the final payment in the next two & a half months, whose flats will be getting ready within this period and the condition of flat / tower is upto your satisfaction."
In the above communication, we have not forced anyone to take possession. If you are still not satisfied with the condition of your flat, PLEASE DON'T PAY, till it is to your satisfaction.
4. On the comment of Mr. Atul Kumar, that MAPS executive committee members have got the goodies, we would like him to elaborate this. What are the goodies given to us and by whom, which is not aware to us even. Who are the beneficiaries of these so called goodies? It is a very serious allegation charged by him and we strongly condemn his unethical words.
Finally, we again wish to communicate to all of you, that MAPS is you, me & us only. To strengthen it, participation from each & every individual is required.
As the time line for the final payment is coming to an end, we propose an open meeting on 25th Feb. (Sat.) at 10.30 am at CR underground market, to take the overview of the latest project update. And this time, we shall appreciate that Mr. Jitin Arora, Mr. Devesh Varshney, Mr. Tarun Pandey and Mr. Atul Kumar will keep a positive attitude and show their real faces in the meeting.
Regards,
MAPS

Being critical is good but criticism has to be specific and with constructive suggestions. May I request that please let MAPS know what course of action be taken, after all YOU too are equally important member. If you all want to induct new members go ahead come for the meeting and take on what you bestvin doing.
