Hi Rishu,

If any flat owner coming to his/her floor than they are not only completing the his/her flat but also whole common corridors, main entrance etc..

one of my friend shifted (he is the only person to be shifted on that floor) in Yucca tower they ready not only his flat but common corridors also. Nimbus is late comparison to other tower but its not in too bad shape I think till Nadeem will move, it will very good shape because work progress is in very good phase there.

Nadeem when you are going for registry I am planning to for registry on 1st march.

People may get their individual flats ready by making the payment, but What about the common corridors, main entrance to the building .. Etc those are not ready. Are they planning to climb directly into their balconies?? Or are they paying the builder extra to get common area of their floors completed as well ...

thnxx for the update...but i would like to know that are we going ahead and paying the final instalment before the outside and the common area is ready???.... all nimbus tower members, kindly suggest wen to start the process of registering the flat and paying the final instalment to the builders...
