[AssotechNest] Assotech The Nest == Not getting penality amount

Hi All,
  Can you please tell me how many people, who has booked in D &E Tower. Which possession date was July 2011. But Still flats are not ready and they not paying penalty amount. I asked to Assotech  GM, he told me in aqssotech policy, we will pay your penalty anount at the time of possession . I don,t think they will give us possession in this year. Can any one confirm is true as per policy.
