Re: [ParamountGroup] Maintenance Charges

Hi,

We were given 14th June as the registry date. We were called immediately to sign the documents before the registry. They also asked us to pay one year maintenance charges starting 1st June 2012 and said that if the payment is not made, the date will get extended. We paid one year in advance and still the story remains the same. Paramount is least bothered about the allotees/ residents. Our date has been extended to 19th June or 28th June. And site people say that it will take 25 days to complete the flat. These guys took 2 months to give the NOC to us, may be they were waiting to charge extra payment from the us.

Should not pay & take it up with builder/MAPS.
