Re: [ParamountGroup] Paramount Symphony- Crossings

Hi Arundhati ,
The green area and extra towers were (actually still are) grievances of people who booked before construction started .. Currently what you see is what you get ...so your friend should not have a problem with that ..and this was an issue with almost all the societies which were under construction during the 2009 recession  ..
Regarding quality ..again you can visit and actually have a look at one of the finished flats...Its not the best in the business , but still better/on par when compared to other societies in Crossings ..
As a buyer , if I had to buy/invest today in Crossings , I would have still gone with Paramount , but my opinion can be biased as well ..
My advise to your friend would be to visit the finished flats of the main 7 builders (try to avoid others if you are end user) and make an informed decision ...
Regards,
nitin

Subject: [ParamountGroup] Paramount Symphony- Crossings

Hi,

One of my friends is considering to buy a 2BHK plus study flat in paramount Symphony. I have read not so good reviews on the consumer grievance forum related to the builder reducing in the green space, coming up with more towers not as per plan and also on the quality of finished flats provided ( electrical fittings, railings, tiles, bathroom fittings)

I would like to seek your advise and views on the same and look forward for your valuable feedback, for deciding on a buy at paramount symphony or for some other builder in the same locality.

Request you to kindly spare some time and share.

Regards
Arundhuti
