Dear fellow residents,
This is to inform you that CROMA is already in touch with the CEO, Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and we will be updating the development of the township time by time. In sequence of that out of 30+ points of charter of demand update from Crossings Management is as follows:
CROMA–1: Action against "Dumping Ground" from respective stakeholders including Crossings Management to stop its construction.
Crossings Management: Don't have presage detail, but matter is subjudice. It's difficult to say anything clear now.
CROMA-2: Arrangement of Hospital, Schools, Play Ground & Temple at the places shown in the master plan of CR (As approved by GDA).
Crossings Management: Hospital -2, 3 parties are negotiating, no finalization yet, for transit period -currently 2nd floor on Galleria -2 shops can be issued to hospitals coming with viable proposal. Hospitals - Ambulance can be allowed to stand
Sports- football, Hockey, swimming pool, bolly ball court etc. in plan. Architect is assigned.
CROMA-3: Basic features of a modern township like - Police Station with regular patrolling, Fire Station with disaster control team, Petrol Pump, PNG / CNG station, Multiplex, Recreational centers, Post Office, 3-4 ATMs & 1-2 Bank's.
Crossings Management: Fire brigade location is earmarked near police station
Post office letter receiving document submitted by CROMA, now Crossings management will do its follow up directly
CNG station on advance stage, objection is going to be cleared by GDA in next meeting
PNG is also coming with equalization station for domestic supply
HDFC & AXIS bank is also approaching but some classification of urban or rural branch definition is under process.
Multiplex is there in malls at square. Amphitheater is behind CNG pump between Golf club, some land clearance issue needs to be resolved (needs to be checked), behind Nest a skating ground is there in the plan
CROMA-4: Visibility of township by big size signage (backlit) as "CROSSINGS REPUBLIC WELCOMES YOU" OR "WAY TO CROSSINGS REPUBLIC" at both entrances from NH-24 and near Sahberi pulia.
5. Nomenclature of all the roads with lit direction signage's of all the society at different intersection. Speed breaker on intersections
Crossings Management: Nomenclature is in process, one sample is under process needs to be checked
Township area will be mapped in sector wise no. GH- 1, 2, 3. Two signage's at entrance are in plan, at NH-24 its installed.
Order given for speed breaker near main gate of crossings glass gate on main road and all intersections
CROMA–6 to 9: Relocation of Cremation ground from GH-7 gate no.2. Regular cleanliness to ensure Hygiene at all common areas within CR. Provision of common wash rooms/ toilet in the township. Remove/Cover all open water storages to avoid mosquito breeding. Deployment of mosquito fogging vehicle for CR Township.
Crossings Management: On Cremation ground - No action taken till date, follow up needs to be done.
Contract for common toilet at 45 ft. road is given, it will also be constructed in green area
Individual society can handle mosquito control, not possible to handle it at the township level
For open water storage – will visit and check
CROMA-10: Well trained and walky-talky equipped guards on all entrances of the township and connected with respective society security. All the common area should be covered with night vision CCTV.
Crossings Management: CCTV applicable at all check point, some serious theft resolved with the help of CCTV footage.
Col. Siddiqui - 8527996717 (from Jindal Group) has been appointed in place of Col. Panta as security head of township
Currently 15 walky- talky carrying security persons are deployed + 2 Bike patrolling teams are functional for township security
Data creation person applied, pilot work will start from Crossings Infra first and will be replicated in other societies too
CROMA-11: Creation of proper traffic light with police manning at NH-24 crossing intersection and all inner intersection of township.
Crossings Management: Traffic light /Zebra crossings are in program
CROMA-12: Construction of Shahberi Pullia. 13. Provision of connectivity - Plan for Common Transport System with all important points like NOIDA metro station, GZBD Railway station and GZBD Bus stand, 14.Provision of Auto, Taxi , Bus stand inside crossings Republik. 27. Common transportation vehicle inside township
Crossings Management: Pulia will be made by crossings, discussion made with authority, proposal approved.
Connectivity with NH 24 is in the plan through Nallah behind GH-7, GNN has visited the location, so good cooperation from admin is there, it will be connected soon by creating new pullia on location.
Permission can be given for feeder /bus services under office connect program
CROMA-16: Restriction on any illegal & un-authorised construction. 17. Sharing of maintenance expenses for the township. 18. Proper boundary walls with proper gates around township. 19. Plan to control / restrict heavy commercial vehicle accessing CNG Station inside the township. 20. Provision of Visitor's car parking for each society to avoid roadblocks at every corners of the township. 21. Provision of two way traffic from NH-24 to Shahberi on priority
Crossings Management: All things are in plan & will be updated in the next meeting
CROMA-22: Provision of multi service provider for Telecom, Internet, DTH/Cable and installation of more Mobile towers for better signal quality. 23. Provision of ecofriendly system with plantation, rain water harvesting etc. for the entire township.
Crossings Management: If any new player wants to come without breaking the constructed structure, there is no barrier. There is no MOU or monopoly signed with any individual co. People have freedom to choose the services from their preferred service providers.
Eco-friendly system is already in plan
CROMA-24: Provision of common gathering point for celebration like Ram Lila / Holi /Id / Gurupurab / Xmas/ New Year.
Crossings Management: Assembly ground near police station will be cleared, till then, common activities at roundabout can be done with prior permission on case to case basis.
CROMA-25: Immediate completion of all internal and connecting external roads.
Crossings Management: Work in progress
CROMA-26: Understanding development about role and responsibilities of Govt. agencies towards Ganga/ Treated water supply, Garbage & sewage management etc.
Crossings Management: There is complete water usage plan for township as well water table recharge through rain water harvesting. Garbage & sewage management already in place.
CROMA-28: Status clarity and update on HT Grid activation & its linkage with NTPC Dadri to minimize power backup dependability. Current capacity status. Plan for future load.
Crossings Management: UPPCL - Dadri will provide supply, will take a year time to materialize. There is 80 MW of final requirement of complete town ship, 5MW is currently operative and that too is not fully utilized. Land acquired for HT Tower installation, taking time to close some farmer issues near grid point, Load shading is high, accepting that there are 3 to 4 hour's 3 cuts in a day will talk and take action for lowering the power cut time.
CROMA-29: Crossings helpline with Complain no., TAT & escalation module
Crossings Management: Good idea will revert on it.
