Dear Veena,

As such there is no issue about "GDA Approval" with this venture and builder is also saying that GDA Approval is there for till 20 floors. I heard about the rate is rs. 2600 sqft.

I got information that the registration charges are Circle rate or 7% of the basic cost (whichever is highest)plus additional charges including Lawyer fee are of Rs. 35000/-. (in my case its 35k, becaz we both jointly doing registration, others I also don't know how much they are charging)

I am shifting over there on 2nd August 2012.

regarding construction & quality... doubts are always doubts. I too don't know.

I have doubt on registration charges. please let me know from any of our society members, what is the exact cost and lawyer fee.
