Hi all,
Just wanted to confirm a few things about registry process. Am getting it done through the builder only..
- How much time does it take on the day registery is to be done ? And what is the process once we go to the SDM Court ?
- I have paid stamp duty charges (as DD) and legal charges to builder - Other than that we do not need to pay anything on the day of registery - right ?
- Also, once the registery is done, do we get the original registery documents in case we have taken a bank loan ? And who is supposed to submit them to the bank - the builder or us ? In case it is the builder, does he give an acknowledgement that he has received the original documents from us ?
Would appreciate if someone could reply to these on an urgent basis...
