 Dear Residents @ Crossings Republik

This is our immense pleasure to inform you that entire CROMA team was invited for "Bhoomi Pujan of School Land site at Crossings Republik by Gyan Shakti Trust on 24th October". Bhoomi Pujan of land site was done by promoters of Gyan Shakti Trust wherein Mr. Manoj Gaur -Director CIPL was the Chief Guest. As per information provided therein by the promoters of Guarsons group, Gyan Shakti Trust is created by Guarsons Group for the educational institution purposes. Further it was informed that currently the trust has named the school as Gyan Shakti School. This confirms the status of about to start of some school @ Crossings Republik. However the promoters still not confirm whether school will be named as Gyan Shakti School or will tie with some brand in future which is not yet clear and which may re-open soon once the construction starts and it may take 2014 to start with operations depending upon start of construction. Accordingly name of school will be confirmed later on only at the opening time.

During on the spot meeting with with Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. ( i.e. CIPL) top management team alongwith Mr. Manoj Gaur-Director CIPL, taking the advantage of time various other points were discussed such as Road Connectivity, Hospital, Pond in between Gaur Global Village and Mahagun Mascot project, status on Post office etc etc. Following are the observations of discussion:

1. Connecting Roads:

Main Road Connecting from Noida Extenstion to NH-24 via Gaur City round about may get inauguration done soon as work is in progress which shall reduce the traffic issues via Shaberi village road. Another earlier proposed road from the back side of GH-7 connecting Crossings and Noida Extn., a piece of land in between is under LMC (Land Management Committee) possession  for which approval will take some more time to start work on construction. Also, approval for widening of Shahberi Pulia is under progress awaiting approval from Greater Noida authority and thereafter work may start soon.

2) Hospital: As discussed CIPL so far has not get success to finalize any deal with any hospital. It was advised to CROMA team to inform residents that if the residents too have some good source then introduce them to CIPL management so that brand hospital tie up issue can be resolved well on time.

4) Pond in between GGV and Mahagun (adjourning to C&D Block): On the spot, Mr. Ashok Kumar (COO-CIPL management) and Mr. Tomar from CIPL management were advised to resolve the issue on priority.

5) POST OFFICE: CROMA team addressed that issue of land approval for Post Office is pending since long with CIPL management team despite joint meeting with CIPL and delegates from Post Office department few days back. On this, Mr. Ashok Kumar was advised to resolve the issue with some options of availability of shop in Gaur Village or in Galleria Market to start the temporary operations of Post Office at Crossings as soon as possible.

Apart from above discussions, the information is provided that 'CIPL is organizing free Golf pitting training programme starting from 26th Oct'12 for kids age between 5 to 15 yrs'. This information is already shared by CROMA by separate e-mail.

The abovesaid views and information is based on open discussion with Mr. Gaur during the ceremony of Bhoomi Pujan on 24th Oct and nothing binds any confirmation and CROMA is sharing the same for the information of residents.

As always, CROMA executive body will keep post all the residents update about the discussion of state of development of infrastructure with CIPL management time to time.Look forward your suggestions/inputs on the infrastructural development issues.
