There is no substitute for UNITY.It is true that Mahesh is fighting it alone and nobody has supported, him physically or morally so far... If succeeds in his efforts, each and every resident of Mahagun will be benefited... but I do not think it is too late for Mahagun RWA or individual residents of Mahagun to come a forward and support Mahesh whole heartedly... even they can file cases against the builders in similar ground so that the case become stronger and a favourable judgment is received...We can all forget about what happened so far and look forward to WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE IF WE DO IT COLLECTIVELY.As far as CROMA's role in the betterment of the Township is concerned , I understand from some of the recent mail floated by Mr. Akhil Chhabra (General Secretary of CROMA) that they are planning to take up issues which are violating UP Appartmentment Act 2010 with appropriate authorities and trying to ensure that Crossings Republik township construction is completed according to the rules and regulations under this act.. This is a fantastic initiative and needs to be supported by each every resident of Crossings Republik. This is going to be a really lengthy and herculean task. In order to CROMA to succeed in this endeavor we all should stand strongly behind Mr. Akhil Chhabra and his team.. All the point has been higlighted correctly. As lot of issue is pending we all need to prioritsise it and take it forward.
Whatever I could understand from exchange of Todays mail and past mail related to fight of Mr. Mahesh, in individual capacity he has taken up the common issue. Now its duty of all the residents of Crossing to come forward and support him by way of Dharna or something like that. CROMA and Mahagun RWA should make their stand clear on this issue.
Few days back Mr Ajay Bankoti has circulated a Public Notice dtd. 23rd Sep. with regard to Possession without completion certificate. CROMA should take it up with GDA.
Extension of Pulia was suppose to start in Oct, CROMA must have discussed this with Crossing on Sunday meeting, update to be circulated.

The person who is fighting with these elusive builders on its own is an example for the whole crossings republik.If we say that why he is talking his frustration is not that valid. He fought alone for Mahagun residents now when the RWA was formed there they do not support that person.Dear All,I request you all to come forward and fight for the person who is fighting for a whole Apartment. OR DOES IT MEAN THAT THERE IS NO LAW AND ORDER IN THIS COUNTRY ???2) Second point was to ensure there is no open parking as per the plan and there was No VILLA as per the PLAN ?GDA Said they will look into it. All those security gaurds with balck dress block the roads and say from 8 - 10 don't go via this road. I am wondering why they should do that we at GH-7 are near to Mandir and we should get advantage or our location and get the other side of Pulia eaisly but what they do to GH-7 residents1 ) Go to Prateek... (More fuel and more time)2) Take time around 20-30 min to cross pulia ( more time need to spend)3) In between they also open the opposite side for some VIP with blue Light on TOP and they say that since he is VIP we will open for them but since you are resident we will not open for you... These guards take lot of fun about the residents...I heard about one Kernel Siddique who manages these things: I am not sure when he takes money from residents of crossings why he works for Blue Light cars and other people coming from other side. He is making fool of the people and take charge and money for 20-30 Guards just for managing traffic. Per Gaurd income if you take 1000 then it comes 30000 per month for just managing traffic and even after that we face lot of trouble... Why is he getting money... Does not he understand that...If we pay money to him he should add a red light on the pulia and let one time go people from Madir side - One time from Sabaeri side and One time from NH-24 side to cross the pulia...Are we not fed up with these situations... GDA does not care since they either do not have power or vested interest... Crossings does care because they enjoy our money without publishing expenditure .... We residents should teach them lesson about how to be like a service provide and service taker...GDA is for public but if they can not make builder work as per their direction then WHY WE PUBLIC SHOULD NOT RISE AND CORRECT THE SYSTEM.WHY THIS CROSSINGS DOES NOT CIRCULATE MONTHELY EXPENDITURE TO ALL RESIDENTS PER SOCIETY AS WELL AS OVERALL... Date: Monday, 8 October, 2012, 8:10Just keep on making new associations. There is an individual fighting several court case for construction of illegal tower in Mahagun. I never saw any appeal for supporting him. This individual is currently fighting three cases 1. for demolishing remaining portion of Mahagun market. 2. to get the procession of his own flat 3. for stoping the construction of new illegal towers in front of Osimo Tower but nobody have the courage to come out of there house and support him just forming new organisations and groups.Do I need to tell the name of that individual? The builder committed to provide many things at the time of booking their flat but now they don't have any correct information and deadline.
