Hello Mr Raj,
I am a resident of Panchsheel Wellington, living there for past 6 months. Unfortunately, we do not have RWA committee formed yet for our society.
There are many residents , who would like to get some common concerns resolved through a common forum but since no platform is available, it gets diluted.
I urge you to help and guide us the steps to follow in the formations of the RWA.
Thanks,
Vineet Chopra

Dear All,I have not received any reply except Arihant Ambience. I am still requesting you to please come forward and send your society RWA or Adhoc RWA/Committee details so that a meeting can be called to discuss how we can proceed to form an umbrella association in a so called India's First Global City - Crossings Republik. There is an urgent requirement to create an umbrella association which will be formed by the entire RWAs or Adhoc Committees of the Crossings Republik Township. We already have a meeting today with Mr. Alok Kumar (Vice Chairman of the RWA Federation of Ghaziabad) and they wanted to meet with the enitre RWAs/Adhoc Committees of Crossings Republik and discuss on the irregularities and violations in the building Bye-Laws in our township. Please come forward to save this city otherwise this city will be the worst place to live in and builder will do whatever they want. Please feel free to contact me, if anyone have any question.Regards,Raj Kumar RajuCell# 9811922379President, Mahagun Mascot RWACrossings Republik, NH-24Ghaziabad (U.P.)On Wed, Sep 26, 2012 at 12:39 PM, RAJ KUMAR RAJU <rajubanka@gmail.com> wrote:
Dear Respected Crossings Republik Resident and their respective RWA Office Bearers,I am creating a list of the societies where RWA (or Adhoc RWA/Committee) has been formed. I have the below information - can you please correct/provide the information so that this list can be completed. Once the details will be collected, the entire RWA Office Bearers need to meet and further discuss on many ongoing issues in the township. The builder committed to provide many things at the time of booking their flat but now they don't have any correct information and deadline. We have many issues in the society as well as at the township level which are causing problem for the 5000+ residents in the township like - No Proper Connectivity other than NH-24 and Shahberi/Noida Extension, No Construction of the Shahberi Pullia, No Common Park to get together, No Schools, No Hospital, No Play Ground, No any ATM, No Post Office, No Common Toilet, Removal of Cremation Ground, Removal of Dumping Ground, Not Good Security Guards, No Proper Traffic Control at NH-24, many illegal and unauthorized construction, no provision of Public Transport System, no two way roads across ABES Engineering College, many incomplete internal & external roads, Electricity Issue and many more.So this is a time to meet all the RWAs and discuss on these priority issues and decide weather we wanted to be united as a Crossings Republik Resident or we wanted to be depended on these builders. I am taking the lead to call this meeting and welcome your thought and support to execute it in a better way.Regards,Raj Kumar RajuPresident, Mahagun Mascot RWACrossings Republik, NH-24Ghaziabad (U.P.)
