Agree, If we are looking same kind of relief, We have to approach court without this we are not able to get. Now the ques is who all support this move and who is ready to take lead ?

Everything in our society is on kaam chalao basis. U enter in any newly build Tower D & Tower
E. feels like 5-7 years old building from the Ground floor itself.Finishing work in common
areas should be completed before possession but still pending.
Once i visited the so called Gym of our society in the evening.the condition was so bad. i
decided better not to go again. A.c was not working. equipment were in very bad condition.
We are not expecting much but basic amenities like pool, club, proper gym, security.
cleanliness only.
I request to all newly elected members of our association to prioritize the concerns of our
society & lets fight together.
